oPosted updates If a price update has been saved, but not yet posted, it can be cancelled. 

Cancelling an unposted product price update

Open the products module, and navigate to Price Updates. This displays all unposted price updates by default. Locate the product price update to cancel and open the spill menu at the end of the row. Choose Cancel from the Spill menu.

A confirmation window appears. Before a pricing update can be cancelled, a reason needs to be given.

Once a reason has been entered, choose Confirm to cancel the update.

There is presently no way to reverse an update automatically, as there are a number of steps to investigate, please contact your support representative to work these through with you.
