Infusion has a filter on the invoice list screen for the Email Status 

• Posted and not emailed Filter
• Posted and emailed Filter 

Bulk Post & Email where there is no applicable Email Address 

If using the Bulk Post & Email Invoices option, where there are invoices with no email subscription, you will receive a notification that the invoices could not be posted as there was no email address provided.   This guards against posting invoices and inadvertently not sending them.  

Recommended Procedure for Non-Emailable Invoices

Any invoices remaining can either be 

• posted individually and printed for mailing
• Bulk Posted then using Posted and Not Emailed filter  the invoices can be printed in bulk for mailing.
