    Shopify settings

    Once the connection to Shopify has been established, a number of settings become available. Each of these settings has its own unique impact on how Shopify and Infusion interact with one another.

     

    E-Commerce Status

     

    E-Commerce Provider – this is the chosen e-commerce provider

    Shopify Site URL – the URL of your Shopify shop/store. Please note that this should not be the admin site. We also require the URL to point to the top level of your domain. 

    yourstore.myshopify.com/SecondStore - this is not valid 

    yourstore.myshopify.com - this is a valid store URL

    Shopify Access Token – this is your specific Shopify API token

    B2C Customer Workflow – when selling to a logged in customer, this setting determines whether invoices are put against their account, or the nominated cash sales account.

    Guest Checkout Customer Workflow – for customers who don’t log into your Shopify site, choose whether they need to have an individual account to put the sales against or the nominated cash sales account.

    Cash Sale Account – select a customer account to be used as the nominated cash sales account, if either the B2c Customer Workflow or Guest Checkout Customer Workflow is set to use the cash sale account.

    Sales Rep Hierarchy – on invoices created through Shopify, which sales rep will be used on the invoice. This can be either the Customer Sales Rep or the E-Commerce Sales Rep. The Customer Sales Rep is the Sales Rep on the customers record, if this doesn’t have a selection, or E-Commerce Sales Rep is selected, the sales rep in the next option is used.

    Default Sales Rep – This is the E-Commerce Sales Rep, and will be used on all invoices if set as the option in the Sales Rep Hierarchy field

    Product Location – This nominates which location will be used when determining on hand quantities of products. Additionally, all sales will be assigned this location.

    Allow Out-Of-Stock Ordering – This sets whether you will accept orders for products that are out of stock at the time of ordering.

    Website Price Level – this controls which price level is displayed for all products on the Shopify site.

    Batch Fetch Limit – number of records retrieved from the e-commerce website in a single request

    Batch Update Limit – number of records updated in the e-commerce website in a single request. Value should be less or equal to Batch Fetch Limit

    Connection Timeout (Seconds) – timeout in seconds when waiting for opening a connection to the e-commerce website or receiving a response
