When any Phone or Email custom fields are displayed on a customer item, if a user hovers their mouse over the phone or email icon the cursor will change to a red crossed circle.
This red crossed circle prevents using the icon to open the linked email and phone systems, in the same way these linked systems can be launched from the Customer module.
