When creating a Purchase Order, if a notes line is added after a product line and the Purchase Order is Ordered without being saved first, the next time that Purchase Order is opened, the notes line will be the first line of the order.
Currently the only known workaround is to Save the Purchase Order after adding the notes line, then choose Order. Saving the Purchase Order before ordering may reduce the impact of the line reordering for some users, but users may still find notes lines and other line items not remaining in the correct order.
