Duplicating a Purchase Order duplicates price updates

When a purchase order is entered, if the ability to update selling prices when costs change is enabled and the selling prices are changed as a result of an updated cost, these purchase orders should not be duplicated.

Duplicating one of these purchase orders will duplicate the selling price changes, which will be applied when the purchase order is invoiced. These changed selling prices may no longer be current, and will overwrite the current selling price of those products.

To avoid prices being overwritten accidentally, delete any selling price changes that have been copied across on the purchase order
