Exporting

The primary exports from the Customer / Supplier and Product More Options menus behave the same way. 

1. The exported CSV includes all records returned by the current search:  

Importing

1. ⚠️ Imports cannot be undone

   Before you import, run the export again and save it as a backup

    
2. ⚠️ Blank values in the import file will clear existing values in Infusion
   

   Delete any columns you do not want to update before importing

    
3. The import requires a key field (Account or Code)  plus any fields you wish to update.  The column headers must exactly match the exported headers.
    
4. If you are unsure please contact your certified partner or help@infusion.nz before proceeding 

Example

For this example, we want to update the Weight, EOQ, and Include in Website fields for three products.
