To import or export suppliers, go to Suppliers module and expand the ...More Options menu on Supplier list. Both Import and Export expand to show the options.

Export Supplier Contacts 

To export Supplier Contact, select Export Suppliers and a .csv file with all active Suppliers will be downloaded 

Import Supplier Contacts 

To Import a Supplier Contact it is recommended to Export the file a reimport with the new or updated data

Create vs update

• Create: leave Contact UUID empty; set Supplier account number.
• Update: include the contact’s Contact UUID from export; Supplier must match the contact’s current supplier (you cannot move a contact to another supplier via import).
