    Why are my Reports Failing

    When you run any report for a date range with high volume of data, the report may not finish. After you select Run Report, the status shows as FAILED and no PDF preview appears.
     

    This usually happens when your organisation has a high volume of transactions in the period you selected. 

    Infusion reports have a maximum output size of 1,500 pages.

    If the report exceeds that limit, it cannot be completed and you see FAILED error instead of a finished report.

    Does this stop me from posting transactions?

    No. You can still enter and post General Ledger transactions as usual. The page limit only affects generating the report PDF when your selected parameters produce more output than the limit allows.
