To get the most out of Infusion, here are a few recommendations 

• A stable connection to the internet.   There is no offline functionality available. 
• An installed browser -  we recommend Chrome or Microsoft Edge. 
• Standard desktop computer setup – no installation for non POS users. The software is entirely browser based. 

A 24” or above standard desktop screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 or above is recommended for non-POS users.  (See POS recommendations here)

However users may be able, with the use of the browser’s zoom or  hiding the left panel to operate on larger screens with lower resolutions or vice versa, or manage required tasks on smaller laptop screens etc. 

Users should check their screens and readability prior to going live  - their individual needs, skills, experience and role in the business will dictate the resolution and screen size that works for them.
