If the supplier provides less than the ordered quantity and no further stock is expected, you can update the line status to one of the following:

• Out of Stock – Temporarily unavailable, but may be reordered.
• End of Supply – No more stock will be supplied for this item - We recommend marking this product “Stop all purchase orders”. 
• Cancelled – The remaining quantity is no longer required.
• Complete – The received quantity is accepted as final.

This status is recorded against the product line and marks it as completed, allowing the purchase order to be closed.

Can I still see what was originally ordered?

Yes. Even after marking the line as complete, the system retains the original order quantity. You can review and compare it against the receipted quantity at any time.
