    Edit Posted Invoice

A new feature has been introduced to allow editing of posted invoices. Users can now modify the below fields on posted invoices:

    • Delivery Address
    • Sold by
    • Order Number (when not locked down to edit)
    • Reference
    • Invoice Title
    • Contact details
    • Delivery Date
    • Delivery Status
    • Deliver Via
    • Courier Reference (if there is an existing integration with GoSweetSpot on saving the changes the GoSweetSpot integration will also be initiated)
    • Due Date (Due date cannot be before the Invoice date)
    • Cost (only if the user has the permission to edit cost)
    • Custom Fields (new custom fields cannot be added to a posted Invoice but Header and Line can be edited)

This enhancement improves accuracy in sales analysis and facilitates faster customer payments by ensuring correct invoice information.

    Customer Invoice Enquiry updates

A new Audit tab has been introduced within Customer Invoice Enquiry. This tab allows users to clearly see who changed what on a posted invoice, providing a transparent audit trail.

To view the Customer Invoice Enquiry Audit tab by navigating to: Customer > Invoices > More Options > Enquiry > Audit

All updates made to invoice header fields are displayed in a structured list view. This layout makes it easy to review changes chronologically and understand how header information has evolved.

A dedicated section beneath the header changes shows all line‑level modifications. These changes are grouped by line and presented in the order they occurred, giving users a detailed view of edits at the line-item level.

Please note: Access to the Audit Enquiry tab is restricted to the following roles:

    • Partners
    • Support
    • Organisation Administrators

When editing posted invoices, the system does not currently audit changes to custom fields. These edits are not captured in the audit log.

Additionally, when a product that forms part of a buildup cost is changed, the audit log records the cost change but does not indicate that the change originated from a buildup component.

A remediation for buildup cost auditing is planned for an upcoming release. There is no confirmed timeline for adding audit support for custom fields

    Smart Grid

    • The Smart Grid is being implemented on the Customer List view. This enhancement will allow users to hide columns, apply advanced filters, export to CSV, and rearrange columns, significantly improving the flexibility and usability of the customer list interface.
    • The Customer Enquiry - Transactions tab is being updated with Smart Grid functionality. This improvement will enable users to hide columns, export data to CSV, and rearrange columns within the customer enquiry interface, enhancing overall user experience and data management capabilities.

A new Sticky Footer Component is being developed for all transaction screens. The footer will show details relevant to the transaction

Users can collapse the sticky footer using the arrow button.

Supplier Purchase Order Free Freight Improvements

If the users have set a free‑freight minimum amount for each supplier under Supplier > Order. Only orders that meet or exceed this amount will qualify for free delivery.

If an order is placed for that supplier and the total does not meet the minimum free‑freight threshold, the user will be prompted with a confirmation message and must acknowledge it before the order can proceed.

    User Issues Addressed

    • Fixed the issue where the CURRENT YEAR budget table only displayed 48 lines, preventing organisations with more than 48 cost centres from accessing, importing, or adding all required budget entries. (INFSN 15112)
