Smart Grid
In this release Smart Grid is being implemented on the Supplier Payments List view, Supplier Invoices List view,
- Supplier Enquiry - Payments tab and Invoices tab are now using Smart Grid functionality.
- Product Enquiry - Transactions tab and Purchase Order tab are now using Smart Grid functionality.
- Cashbook Payments - If the FX module is enabled on your licensee, Cashbook Payments will display the Smart Grid. If FX is not enabled, Cashbook Payments will continue to use the old grid.
Additionally, the grid layouts have been optimised to increase visible data density by reducing row height. This allows significantly more rows to be visible without scrolling on common screen resolutions, making it easier to scan and work with large datasets.
Foreign/Multi-Currency
In this release, we are making the following Multi‑Currency features available for all users to test and explore. This is part of a step‑by‑step deployment, with additional functionality to be released progressively.
- Multi currency settings: Configuration required to enable foreign currency within Infusion.
- International Supplier: Functionality for working with international suppliers, including currency and exchange‑rate handling.
- Cashbook Payment: Functionality for working with international suppliers, including currency and exchange‑rate handling.
Please note: Enabling the FX setting is permanent. Once it is turned on, it cannot be disabled. This means that FX will remain active, and additional FX‑related columns will appear in your Cashbook Payments.
When FX is enabled, Cashbook Payments will automatically switch to the Smart Grid. You will not be able to revert to the previous grid layout.
Supplier Outstanding Credits Reports
A new Supplier Outstanding Credits Report has been introduced.
The Report can be accessed from Supplier List > More Options > Supplier Outstanding Credits
Centralised Reports page
A new centralised Reports hub is available under Reports module, consolidating standard and custom reports into a single, sortable page.
- The Report Type section lists all the standard reports available in Infusion.
- The Custom Reports section lists all the custom reports you have created
Users can run reports directly from the list view by selecting the Play icon.
Please note
- Functionality for running reports from the dedicated module remains unchanged.
- If you had any custom reports previously, they will now all appear under the Custom Reports section on the Reports page.

- Sorting is currently unavailable on the Cashbook Payment (Smart Grid) when FX is enabled, our team is actively developing a feature to add sorting support to all Transaction grids.
