Organisation Name Added to Email Subjects

When Customer Invoices, Quotes, Customer Packing Slip, Customer Payment Summary, Customer Statements, Supplier Purchase Order and Supplier Remittance Advice are emailed to the customer, the organisation name will now be included in the email subject line for clearer identification.

Uploading File Names with Multiple Spaces

Users can now upload files without needing to rename them, even if the names contain extra spaces. The system accepts file names with multiple consecutive spaces and automatically normalises them in the UI to display with single spaces for a cleaner look.

    Report Improvements

    Purchase Order Layout

The updated Purchase Order layout will now display the delivery name if available, otherwise, it will show the location name. Additionally, the Excel output formatting has been improved for better clarity.

    Stocktake Sheet Improvements

The Stocktake Sheet will include products with negative quantities, even if the "Include Products with Expected Quantity Zero" checkbox is selected. In the Excel output, we have removed the unwanted columns.

    Supplier Statement Report Improvements

The Supplier Statement Report layout has been improved for enhanced clarity and presentation.

    • If a Supplier Invoice Number is not provided, the report will now display “Invoice” instead of “null”, improving readability.
    • The “Please return with payment to” block has been removed from the report.

The improved layout now appears as follows:

    Reports

    Invoice Margin Exception Report

The Invoice Margin Exception report allows users to view all Invoices with margins below a defined threshold. Using the Exception Type filter, users can choose to display invoices with margins below a specified dollar amount ($) or percentage (%).

The report can be accessed from Customer List > More Options

     Labour Analysis Monthly

The Labour Analysis Monthly Report is now available and can be accessed from Job List > More Options > Labour Analysis Monthly.

This report provides a comprehensive view of hours logged to jobs, broken down by staff member and product code, enabling more effective tracking and analysis of labour allocation.

Costs on Serial Numbers and Default Cost in Stocktake

We have improved cost tracking for serial-tracked products across multiple areas to ensure greater accuracy and clarity. During stocktake, the latest cost is now auto filled when adding a new serial number, and shipping costs can also be recorded.

When creating a product, users can enter both purchase and shipping costs, with the system automatically calculating the landed cost.

The Variance Report and posting screen have been updated to use the system-defined cost instead of the stocktake cost, aligning financial reporting with the General Ledger, while the stocktake cost remains visible in the Serial Number list view.

Additionally, a message has been added to the Serial Number screen to clarify that adding a cost there will not update product costs.

Costing based on "Latest" has also been enhanced for receipts from purchase orders, supplier receipts, and invoices, ensuring consistency whether a purchase order is involved or not. For batch-tracked or multi-serial-number products, when additional items are received into an existing batch, the batch cost is updated to reflect the new receipt cost, and this updated cost is shown in the product’s Serial Number list view for improved visibility.

Custom and Web Tags codes and Labels must be unique

Additional validation has been to prevent duplicate codes or labels between custom fields and website tags. If a duplicate is detected, users will see an error message, and the 'Save' button will be disabled until the issue is fixed, ensuring data consistency and preventing conflicts.

    User Issues Addressed

    • The issue with the Sales Analysis Report Layout excel output has been resolved. The Code and Customer Name will now appear in separate columns (Ref 14435)
    • The issue preventing jobs from being saved after updating lockout dates has been resolved. Job lines now enforce lockout date validation, and existing lines are restricted from editing or deletion. (Ref 14470)
    •  The issue with non-tracked products like labour, freight, or consumables incorrectly showing “Insufficient Stock” warnings on invoices has been fixed. (Ref 14859)
    • The issue with the product balance column only summing visible transactions has been fixed, previously, the balance updated as users clicked “Show More” until all transactions loaded, but it now calculates the full balance correctly regardless of display or transaction order. (Ref 14913)
