Product Summary Updates
EOQ
The Product Summary now displays the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for each product.
If a product specific EOQ is not available, the EOQ from the preferred supplier will be used. In such cases, an information icon will indicate that the displayed quantity is sourced from the preferred supplier.
If none of the values are available, the EOQ field will remain blank.

Last Sold Date and Last Receipt date
Last Sold Date and Last Receipt Date have been added to the Product Summary, Product Details, and Transaction Enquiry.
- Last Sold Date is based on the most recent invoice where the product appeared. If the product has never been sold, this field will not be displayed.
- Last Receipt Date reflects the date of the latest posted receipt for the product.

Running Balances on Product Enquiry
A new Balance column has been introduced to enhance inventory management by displaying a running total, calculated from the oldest to the most recent transaction (within the applied date range and, location filters)
This column is visible only when Stock Movement filter is enabled.

Additionally, within Product Enquiry, a location dropdown has been added to Transaction Lines, Quantity, Back Orders, and Purchase Orders tab. The dropdown lists all active locations, plus an option for All Locations.
When a specific location is selected, only the balances for that location will be displayed under Transaction Lines, Quantity, Back Orders, and Purchase Orders.

Backorder Invoicing updates
Backorder Invoice: When an invoice is generated from a backorder, a notification will appear at the top of the invoice indicating that it originated from a backorder.

Delivery Address: Any backorder Invoice created will now automatically copy the Delivery Address and Title from the original Invoice.
If the original invoice has a blank Delivery Address or has no Title recorded, the backorder invoice will also remain blank.

Deleting Backorder Invoices: An invoice created from filling backorders is deleted, the user will be notified that this action will not reinstate the original backorder.

If multiple invoices are selected for deletion from the Invoice list, the same message will be shown, and the user will be required to confirm before proceeding.

User Issues Addressed
- The issue where Transaction Details and Source were not displaying in the product transaction after a purchase order was closed has been resolved (Ref 14158).
- The issue where users encountered a “Required” error when creating and receiving a purchase order in one step without selecting the supplier initially, has now been resolved. Users can now complete the process smoothly, even if the supplier is selected later in the workflow. (Ref 13813)
