Job Invoicing - Head office
Job Invoicing for Head Office customers has been improved.
Users can now change the 'Charge to Head Office' option when an Invoice is generated from job, providing more flexibility in managing payments and invoicing processes.

Please note: These changes apply to the invoice only, with no updates pushed back to the job, which will retain its original “Charge to Head Office” setting.
Import/ Export Custom fields
Users can now export and import product custom fields and web tags. Exports show Options/List fields as code and description columns, with other fields single column. Imports use only codes, enforce validations, handle nulls to clear values.
Please note: For Option/List fields, the import validates only the code.

Logo Change
The product has been updated to reflect the new branding, replacing all old logos with the newly designed ones throughout the application.

Report Improvements
Profit and Loss -12 Month With Cost Centres
The Profit & Loss -12 Month with CC report. The report now starts a new page for each cost centre, improving readability of the report.
Customer and Supplier Aged Trial Balance
New filter options have been added to Customer Aged Trial Balance and Supplier Aged Trial Balance:
- Print customer/suppliers with a current balance
- Print customer/suppliers with 1 period overdue
- Print customer/suppliers with 2 periods overdue
- Print customer/suppliers with 3 periods overdue


Both the report layout has also been updated to display details based on the parameters selected.
Last Sold Last Receipt Date addition to reports and API
Product Valuation Report
Users can now print Last Sold and Last Receipt dates in the Product Valuation report.
A new filter has been added to the Product Valuation report, allowing you to show the Last Sold and Last Receipt dates. When enabled, these dates will appear after the product description if available; otherwise, the fields will remain blank


Product Detail Report
The Product Details report now includes Last Sold and Last Receipt dates. These details will appear below the Cost Details section. The labels will always be shown, and if a date is not available for a specific product, the field will remain blank.

Products With Stock Status and Product Exports
The Last Sold and Last Receipt dates have been added to the following exports:
- Product With Stock Status – The dates are positioned at the end of the export, after On Order field.
- Product Export – The dates are positioned at the end of the export, after Receiving print Label Quantity field.

Please note that these dates will be populated only if available; otherwise, the fields will remain blank
Product - External API
The last sold last receipt date has been added to the Product external API
New Reports
Customer Outstanding Credits Report
A new Customer Outstanding Credits Report has been introduced. This report provides a comprehensive summary of customers with outstanding credits and/or unallocated payments, including all their outstanding transactions and overall balance. This enhancement will help users better manage and allocate payments against outstanding transactions
The Report can be accessed from Customer List > More Options > Customer Outstanding Credits

User Issues Addressed
- The issue where invoice was stuck in “PICKING” and not appearing in Pick & Pack has been resolved by updating its status to “PICKED” so it can be posted (ref 13800).
- The issue where posting a supplier invoice displayed the “Something went wrong” message has been fixed (Ref 14974).
- The issue when switching to a line with backorder quantity while the line editor was open updated the backorder quantity but not the pricing has been fixed, so both now update correctly while standard edit–save workflows remain unaffected (Ref 14900).
- The issue where large invoices or backorders triggered a “GST inconsistent” error has been resolved, and invoices can now be saved successfully (Ref 15033)
