Important Note for Migrated Data
Before migration, outstanding invoices are converted to adjustments.
Because of this, the Late Payment Fees function will not include these pre-migration transactions in its calculations.
Only invoices posted after migration will be eligible for late payment fee processing.
Handling Post-Migration Period
If you need to apply late payment fees for one or two months immediately after migration:
- A manual Late Payment Fee processing run may be required.
- Your Infusion Partner or Infusion Support can assist by creating a Customer Adjustment Import to ensure consistency.
