Migration to Infusion Online rebuilds the Customer Product history based on the migrated invoices.
Infusion Desktop retains Product History records against the customer after the year has closed and the Invoices have been purged.
Customer Product History won't be available in Infusion Online for any records earlier than the earliest migrated invoice.
Earlier records will need to be accessed from your Infusion Desktop record.
