Home Customers Customers Import and Export Customer Contract Rate

Importing and Exporting of Customer Contract rates can be done from Customer List view or for individual customer from contract rates tab

To import contract rates from More Options menu, navigate to Imports > Contract Rates and upload the relevant CSV file.

To export contract rates, from More Options menu, navigate to Export > Contract Rates and the relevant CSV file will be downloaded to system.

Contract rates can be exported for individual customers from the Contract Rates tab.

To import Contract Rates for an individual Customer, use the Import Contract Rates option from the Customer List view.
