Edit a Customer
Customer accounts can be edited as details change. As customer identifiers, the Account number and Sort Key are fixed while all other fields are editable.
To edit a customer’s account details, go to the Customers tab in the navigation sidebar and select the customer account from the list. The customer account opens on the Details tab. Select Edit to make changes.
Make the required changes and Save.
Changes can also be made on additional tabs. As you move between them they open in view mode. Select Edit to activate and make changes on the required tabs. Save to complete as usual.
Alternatively, select Cancel to undo the changes that you have made.
