To edit a customer’s account details, go to the Customers tab in the navigation sidebar and select the customer account from the list. The customer account opens on the Details tab. Select Edit to make changes.
Make the required changes and Save.
Some fields may not be able to be edited, for example Account and Sort Key, depending on the default customer settings.
If the Sort Key can be edited, and you type something already in use it will indicate if the chosen key has already been assigned.
Changes can also be made on additional tabs. As you move between them they open in view mode. Select Edit to activate and make changes on the required tabs. Save to complete as usual.
Alternatively, select Cancel to undo the changes that you have made.
