Customer Custom Fields
Custom Fields allow businesses to record unique information for their customers and each organisation will have different Custom Fields.
To view Custom Fields, go to the Customers module and open the customer account. Go to the Custom Fields tab.
Select Edit and update fields within the fields.
Save to record changes.
For users with the required credentials, Custom Fields settings can be updated from the Customer Custom Fields menu. Select the Settings button to go to the Custom Fields Settings screen.
All Custom Field options display and are available to edit. New fields can be added. Refer to Custom Fields for Customers for more information.
