    What is the "Stock Turn" figure on the Product Movement Report?

    Gain insights into understanding the Stock Turn figure on a Product Movement Report.

    The Stock Turn figure is a common accounting term that defines how many times you have sold your average stock holding in the period assessed. 

    The average stock holding is the Opening + Closing Balances,  divided by 2 to give an average. 

    The invoiced quantity is divided by the average stock holding to give the stock turn for the period of the report.  

    For the standard report, the invoiced quantity includes quantities used in creating kitsets.  Contact Infusion Support if you would like this changed 

    To Summarise: 

    Stock turn figure on the Product Movement report is derived from this formula: 

      Invoiced Quantity + Components of Kitsets Created   

                          (opening +closing) / 2
