If this happens, it is most likely because your user role does not have authorisation to view the contents of the link.
For example, a person with a Financial Admin role is authorised to view a GL Enquiry. However, they are not authorised to view a customer invoice. This means that if they select a customer invoice against a particular GL ID, they will be redirected to the homepage.
More user roles can be requested from your Organisation Administrator. Alternatively, if you think this is an error, send us feedback from the Support menu within Infusion.
