When accessing Infusion, you may encounter a browser prompt asking if you want to reload the site:
This can happen if a system update was done to Infusion Browser overnight and there was still a connection to the Infusion system, such as if a user was still logged on, preventing the update from happening.
As the Infusion Browser will want to implement this update, the message will appear regularly if you choose cancel to close the message. There are two ways to resolve this message, and whichever method you choose will be based on your own situation.
Option 1 – Press Cancel once, and have everyone save their transaction they are working on. Once they have saved the transaction, log out. With everyone logged out the update can go ahead and when everyone logs back on after a few minutes the prompt shouldn’t reoccur.
Option 2 – Every time the prompt occurs press Cancel. Then at the end of the day have everyone ensure they log out. This allows the update to go through overnight and when everyone comes in the following day the message shouldn’t pop again.
