This change is necessary because sending emails on behalf of your business domain can trigger spam filters and could lead to blacklisting of the software's email server by major email exchanges. These stricter policies are now industry standard and help protect recipients from spoofing and phishing attempts.
Can customers still reply to this email address?
Yes. If you’ve configured your email settings in:
Settings > Organisation Settings > Email Settings then emails will include a "Reply-To" address based on your setup.

Recommended Best Practice?
To ensure your customers know how to reach you, we suggest:
- Adding a note to your Email Signature, such as:
“Replies will be directed to [your email address]” - Or clearly inviting recipients to contact you via your preferred email.
