Serial tracked products are now able to be assigned locations. Sales and Pick and Packs for a location, will now only be able to select the serial tracked products assigned to that location.
Viewing serial number tracked products by location
Open the Products Module and choose the Product Serial Numbers function. This displays all serial numbers and the corresponding details of the product.
Use the Product Location drop down to select a single location. This updates the list to show only the serial numbers assigned to that location.
In Stock and Allocated columns
Two columns have been made available to view, allowing users better visibility of their on hand serial numbered stock.
In Stock: This is the phyical number of units with that serial number on hand.
Allocated: This is the number of that serial number that have been selected on quotes and undispatched invoices.
By default a filter of “Has Available Stock” is applied to the function. This hides any serial numbers with no available stock. Clearing this default applied filter will display all serial numbers in that location
