To locate a serial number, go to Products > Serial Numbers. Find the serial number you want to look up. Use the spill menu at the end of a row to expand menu options and then select Enquiry.

The Transactions tab shows a list of all transactions that have included the serial number. Select a row to open the original transaction.

The References tab shows how many times a serial number has been used. It is summary only.
