To gain an oversight of all of the customer items that have been created within Infusion, the Customer Items list report is the best option. This report provides a summary of the customer items that meet the filters.
To run the report
Open the Customers module and navigate to the Items functionality. Open the More Options menu and choose Customer Item List

This brings up the filter selection window for the report. There a number of different filters available allowing the report to only display specific items that meet all of the chosen filters.

Once all of the filter selections have been made, use Run Report. This generates the report and displays all of the customer items that meet the chosen filter selections.
