Previously created Customer Items can be duplicated rather than having to enter in every field and piece of information manually again, to save time and effort on the part of the user.
To duplicate a Customer Item, open the Customers module and go to the Items function. For the Customer Item being duplicated open the spill menu and choose Duplicate.
This brings up the options for what information is be duplicated from the original Customer Item to the new Customer Item:
Select which content to duplicate. When one or more are selected the Duplicate option becomes available and can be chosen to generate the duplicated Customer Item.
This generates a new Customer Item with the duplicated information sections, which can then be saved to create a new Customer Items.
