Products within an imported Pricebook can be deactivated or deleted, preventing them from being included in a product update.

Deactivating a product 

To deactivate a product in a Pricebook, open the Spill menu at the end of the row and choose Deactivate

Choosing Deactivate marks the product as inactive, but keeps it as part of the Pricebook. As long as the product is deactivated it will not be included as part of a Price Update.

Deactivated products can be reactivated by opening the Spill menu and choosing Activate.

Delete a product 

To delete a product in a Pricebook, open the Spill menu at the end of the row and choose delete

A confirmation message will display, and to complete the deletion choose Delete. Once deleted a product is removed from the imported Pricebook.
