Open the Products module and choose Pricebooks. This displays a list of all created Pricebook rules. Choose Add to create a new Pricebook.
Enter in the details for the rule about the new Pricebook:

Name – This is the name of the Pricebook being added to Infusion. This must be unique.

Supplier - The options in the dropdown are the list of suppliers already entered in. Select the appropriate supplier from the dropdown list.

Selling Price Includes GST? – Enable this if the selling prices contained within the Pricebook file include GST. Leave this disabled if the prices are excluding GST.

Rule – Select the previously created rule to apply to the Pricebook import. Only Pricebook rules for that supplier will display.
If the Supplier is selected before the Rule, only Rules for that Supplier will be shown. Alternatively, selecting the Rule first will populate the Supplier.
Choose Save to complete adding the Pricebook.
