Yodlee
28/04/2026
All major banks in Australia and New Zealand are currently blocking or restricting Yodlee connections. As a result, the Yodlee integration with Infusion may not function reliably.
We are actively working on delivering the same bank‑feed functionality through an alternative provider. Further updates will be shared as development progresses.
If you are setting up bank feeds using Yodlee, please first confirm with your financial institution whether it supports Yodlee‑powered bank feeds.
If your bank does not support Yodlee, we recommend manually importing your bank statements into Infusion instead.
ANZ (NZ) Bank Feeds
14/04/2026
Users have reported that transactions are not populating into Infusion from ANZ Bank feeds. Users may need to use a manual import and take care that the bank feed transactions are deleted to avoid duplications.
ASB New Zealand Yodlee Issues
We have had reports of missing transactions on ASB Bank Accounts.
This has been raised with Yodlee and we are waiting for an update and resolution for this issue.
At this point we do not recommend connecting ASB Bank Accounts through the Yodlee Bank Feed connection. If a connection is raised please carefully check number of transactions each day to ensure all transactions are recorded. If there are missing transactions, please forward to help@infusionsoftware.co.nz for reporting to Yodlee.
Missing transactions will need to be manually imported from a bank export.
Linking accounts with previously imported statements
Accounts with previously imported transactions may ignore the Bank Feed start date field and import transactions prior to this date. Before linking to Yodlee, we recommend manually importing transactions up until the most recent close of business.
ANZ Yodlee Integration
Users with the ANZ will need to refresh their accounts daily. This may take some time depending on the number of linked accounts.
Each day a refresh notification will appear as below:

Clicking refresh will open following page:

This will process for 5+ minutes and then error, however bank feeds will be successfully updated.
It has been established that closing this page (as indicated), even after just a few seconds, will still result in a successful refresh.
