When you customise a Smart Grid list view in Infusion POS (the desktop app installed on your point-of-sale terminal), your changes are not kept after you sign out and sign back in.

For example, if you hide the Cost ($) column on the Products list using Show/Hide Columns, the column is visible again the next time you open that list. The same behaviour applies to other Smart Grid customisations in Infusion POS, including column order, column width, and sort order.
Your changes appear to apply while you remain signed in. Infusion POS does not show a warning that settings cannot be saved.
This issue affects Infusion POS only. If you sign in to Infusion in a web browser on the same device, Smart Grid settings are saved as expected.

Impact

This affects staff and administrators who use Infusion POS and rely on customised Smart Grid layouts — for example hiding cost or pricing columns on shared terminals, or arranging columns for faster lookup during sales.
You can still use Infusion POS for sales and other day-to-day tasks. You may need to re-apply your preferred column layout each time you sign in, which adds extra steps and can expose information you intended to keep hidden on screen.
