There is a known issue in the WooCommerce sync where changing a product code in Infusion can result in duplicate products being created on the WooCommerce site. If a customer places an order for one of these duplicated products, the integration between WooCommerce and Infusion fails.
Until this is resolved, please take care when updating product codes in Infusion and ensure that any duplicate products are removed from WooCommerce, keeping only the most recent product created.
This issue will be addressed in an upcoming release.
