A user may experience a temporary outage with the message "Unable to connect to Infusion. Please check your internet connection".
Before contacting Infusion Support please try the following:
1. Can you access google.com in a new browser tab?
2. Can you access Infusion in a new browser tab.
3. Close down the browser and reopen
4. Restart the computer.
5. If it is possible, check the connection on a different connection - through a phone hotspot is a good way to check whether it is the internet connection causing the issue.
