Preparing licensees for a migration generally requires the license to be empty but there are a few things that do not migrate and can therefore be prepared in advance:
- Product Variant Option lists and defaults
- Product Web tag and web tag list settings
- Communication Types & Statuses
- POS Terminals
- Cash drawers are unable to be set up as they require a cash sale customer account and GL Codes
- Email Settings - signatures, logo
- Theme - Company Logo
