Serial numbers with many characters may not print on your invoice layout.
IF your invoice is printing “Serial #” under the invoice line, but not printing the serial number on the invoice, and your serial numbers are 20+ characters long, email help@infusion.nz to request that field be expanded on your invoice layout.
