    Creating a Custom Customer invoice message

    To provide customers with additional information, users can add an invoice message. This message is included on every statement and invoice.

     

    Setting an Invoice Message

    Navigate to the Settings module and open the Invoice and Quote Settings in the Customer section. Choose Edit and locate the Invoice Settings section:

     

    Enter in the message into the Invoice Message field. Enter in as much or as little as you need to, the size of the field will expand to accommodate additional text and introduce a scroll bar if required, based on the length of the message.

     

    Ensure you choose Save to add the Invoice Message to both invoices and customer statements.

     

    How the message displays on an invoice or statement

    When the invoice or statement is generated, here's how the message will display

     

     

    If you have a large Invoice Message, and the Invoice Message doesn’t display correctly, the invoice or statement template will need to be customised. Contact your partner or our support team on 0800 424 948 to organise this.
