Users can post multiple customer invoices at once from the Invoices menu within the Customer module
Use the filter options to display only unposted invoices, select the ones you wish to post, and proceed with the Post action to process them in bulk.
This functionality allows for efficient invoice management, especially when handling high volumes of customer transactions.

During mass invoice posting, if any of the selected invoices have Customer Items assigned, clicking the Post button will display a message showing how many Customer Items will be created. Selecting Confirm will then post the invoices and create the associated Customer Items.

In Infusion, Mass Invoicing Posting will not be actionable (i.e., the Post button will be disabled) under the following conditions:
- Customer Items Require Review
If any selected invoice includes a product with a Customer Item that hasn’t been reviewed, and the Customer Item Setting
"Require User Confirmation of Customer Item Details before Posting Invoice" is enabled, the Post button will be disabled. Hovering over the Post button will let the user that Customer Item needs to be reviewed

Clicking on the Customer Item icon will open the related invoice, allowing the user to review the associated Customer Item directly from that screen.
- Customer Payment Terms
If any customer on the selected invoices has Cash Sales Only as their payment terms, the Post button will be disabled. Hovering over the Post button will let the user know that at least one of the Invoices selected has Cash Sales only terms attached.
This indicates that these invoices must be posted individually—since payment needs to be taken at the same time—rather than through the bulk posting process.

Clicking on the Customer Invoice with Cash term will allow the user to Post and Pay the individual Invoice.
- Serial Number
Users will be prevented from posting an invoice if any required serial numbers are missing. Hovering over the Post button will let the user know that at least one of the Invoice needs a serial number to be loaded additionally, the serial number icon will appear in red to highlight the missing information.

Clicking in the Invoice line will allow the user to load Serial numbers to the Product.
